General Policies
All sales are final, no refunds. Purchased packages are non-transferable.
Sorry, no refunds for no-show/late cancellations, but we encourage you to reschedule a make-up class within one week of the missed class.
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone.
New Students: Schedule a (FREE) Virtual Assessment before booking/signup.
Virtual Pilates: Monthly payments are due before the 1st of each month for virtual classes (Zoom).
Payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, check or cash.
In-Person: Pay&Go Rate Policy. Pay on the same day of appointment up to one hour before.
When scheduling two (2) appointments per week, and canceling one (1) appointment - an additional fee will be applied for the single appointment that week.
We will do everything we can to accommodate a steady appointment schedule, but a no-show or late cancelation fee is applied when cancelation notification is not received up to 24 hours from the scheduled appointment. After 3 no-shows / late cancelations, the regular appointment schedule can no longer be guaranteed.
