STUDIO POLICIES (updated Nov, 2024)

Welcome! Please review our studio and class policies.

General Policies

  • All sales are final, no refunds. Purchased packages are non-transferable.

  • Sorry, no refunds for no-show/late cancellations, but we encourage you to reschedule a make-up class within one week of the missed class.

  • Consistent Schedule: Positive workout results are most likely to be achieved with a consistent routine schedule. We encourage you to maintain your regular Pilates routine to secure your agreed upon schedule & rate.

  • We reserve the right to decline service to anyone.

  • New/Returning Students: Schedule a Physical Readiness Assessment before booking/signup.

  • Virtual Pilates: Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month for virtual classes (Zoom).

  • Payment methods: Venmo, Zelle or cash.

  • In-Person: Pay&Go Rate Policy. Pay on the same day of appointment up to one hour before.

  • In-Person: Pay-InAdvance Rate Policy. Pay on the 1st day of month and save 5%.

  • Bi-Weekly: When canceling one (1) appointment, additional $5 applies for the single appointment a week.

  • Grandfather Rate are maintained up to 60 days, excluding scheduled leave of absents (e.g. vacations; medical leaves).

  • Three Consecutive Cancelations: To be fair to students who wish to schedule on your day & time, appointment time and rate-can not be guaranteed after three consecutive Cancelations/No Shows.   

We will do everything we can to accommodate a steady appointment schedule, but a no-show/late cancelation fee (50% of the regular rate) is applied when cancelation notification is not received up to 24 hours from the scheduled appointment.

Virtual On-Line Sessions

  • Minimize the use of cell phone during sessions.

  • Avoid eating a heavy meal for at least two hours prior to your session.

  • Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.

  • Let your instructor know of any new injuries or physical concerns before your session.

  • No shoes. Gripped socks recommended.

  • Walk-Ins & Appointments: Payment must be made 12 hours prior to scheduled class, unless other arrangements are made with instructor.

  • Following your payment(s) you'll receive an invitation to join a ZOOM Meeting link on the night before your scheduled class with a ZOOM Meeting ID & Passcode via SMS, WhatsUp or email.

  • Class Prep: For your first virtual class on ZOOM, you and your instructor will meet 10 min prior to the scheduled class to set and test the position of your video camera and screen.

In-Person Studio Sessions

  • Minimize the use of cell phones during sessions.

  • Eat about 1-2 hours prior to your session.

  • Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.

  • Please no perfume, cologne, or oils of any kind.

  • Let your instructor know of any new injuries or physical concerns before your session.

  • No shoes in the Studio. Gripped socks OK (e.g. Toex brand name)

  • COVID-19 Liability: Forms must be submitted on the same appointment day when returning from a trip on a flight or a  cruise. 

  • COVID-19 Liability: When returning from a trip on a flight or a cruise, please wait a week before scheduling your In-Person session. N/A

  • MASK UP. Optional mask policy.

  • Please bring your own Loop Straps-Optional. N/A
