By holding FREE Virtual classes you will experience the benefits of the Pilates Method at the comfort of your home, , your office, or while on a business trip, at your hotel room, or vacation home. it is simple. All you need is your healthy body, a yoga mat, or a large beach towel and two light dumbbells (or 2 medium bottles of water.)
