You will learn about the benefits of the Pilates Method at the comfort of your home (online), or in-person. it is simple. All you need is a healthy body, a yoga-pilates mat, or a large beach towel, Pilates bottom gripped socks, and two light dumbbells 2-3lbs (optional).
Following your registry form submission, you will receive an email confirming your attendance, and for the virtual Pilates participants we will send a link to Zoom Meeting, ID and Passcode if applicable
