  PURCHASED PACKAGES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE 
  • Sorry, no refunds for No-Show/Early Cancellations, but we encourage you to reschedule a Make-Up the missed class within a week from the missed class
  • We reserve the right to decline service to anyone
  • New Students: Schedule a (FREE) Virtual Assessment before booking/signup
  • Virtual Pilates: Monthly Payments before the 1st of each month for Virtual classes (zoom)
  • Payments method: Venmo, Zelle, Personal check or cash.
  • In-Person: Pay&Go Rate Policy. Pay on the same day of appointment up to one hour before.
  • When scheduling two (2) appointments per week, and canceling one (1) appointment - Additional fee for the single appointment in that week is applied.
  • We will do everything we can to accommodate a steady appointment schedule. But a No-Show or Late cancelation fee is applied when cancelation notification is not received up to 24 hours from the scheduled appointment. After 3 No-Show / Late Cancelation, the regular appointment schedule, is not maintained.

VIRTUAL/ONLINE SESSIONS


VIRTUAL CLASS POLICY
  • Minimize the use of cell phone during sessions
  • Avoid eating a heavy meal for at least two hours prior to your session
  • Wear loose and comfortable clothes
  • Let your Teacher know of any new injuries or physical concerns before your session
  • No shoes. Gripped socks during session
VIRTUAL SESSION ON ZOOM
  1. Walk-In & Appointments: Payments must be made 12 hours prior to scheduled class, unless other arrangements are made with teacher.
  2. Following your payment(s) on Venmo, Zelle, you'll receive an invitation to join a ZOOM Meeting link on the night before your scheduled class with a ZOOM Meeting ID & Passcode via SMS, WhatsUp or email 
CLASS PREP

For your first Virtual class on ZOOM, you'll
and your Teacher will meet 10 min prior to  scheduled class, to set and test the position of your video camera and Computer Screen
monitor (or iPAD, Laptop, TV screen, etc.)

IN-PERSON CLASS POLICY

  • Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
  • Please no perfume, cologne, or any oils of any kind.
  • Let your instructor know of any new injuries or physical concerns.
  • No Shoes. Gripped socks.
  • COVID-19: Must be Fully Vaccinated 
  • COVID-19 Liability: Forms must be submitted prior to appointment on the same day.
  • MASK UP. Mandatory mask policy
  • Bring your own Straps Loops
