Virtual and In-Person Classes

Welcome! I am a passionate Personal Pilates Coach teaching Online and In-Person at my home located in Oak Park, California. My home-studio is clean, spacious and relaxing with bright natural light, and maple wood floors. My classes are small and my focus is on my students-their physical ability, goals and wellbeing.  Classes are friendly and cheerful. Students often become friends and look forward to their next class, reconnecting with classmates or meet new peoplw, virtually or in-person. During sessions, I guide my students to become more aware and mindful of their body movements and sensations. I provide cues on breathing correctly, focus and concentration, all while keeping the movements accurate and aligned, efficient and less strenuous. At the end of each session, my students do not feel rushed to leave; they enjoy chatting, laughing (and eating snacks with a cup of tea or coffee and water, pre-COVID).
