Props we use: 2-3lbs Dumbbells; Pilates Arc; Mini/Large Fit Ball; Magic-Circle; Thera-band; Home accessories: Chair, Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Broom stick/Dowel.

Fall  Schedule: 1-2 classes/day ( Mon-Fri )

Fri | Traditional Pilates w/Pilates Arc (or Mini Fit Ball) |  8A
